What shipped

Agenda Delta Watch is a standalone Python 3.11 command-line tool with four commands: sample, generate, decide, and validate.

The fictional sample produces seven review files and demonstrates exactly five agenda changes: four material changes and one low-priority reorder. The final handoff records the latest capture, meeting details, stable item and attachment IDs, supplied-file hashes, and comparison lineage.

### Workflow highlights

  • Closed-directory intake rejects files outside the declared evidence bundle.
  • Byte counts and SHA-256 hashes verify every snapshot and attachment.
  • Exact stable IDs connect items and attachments across versions.
  • Deterministic output keeps repeated runs byte-identical.
  • Human decisions remain separate from source facts and preserve prior history.
  • Staged validation prevents a failed run from replacing the last valid package.
  • Independent regeneration detects drift, tampering, and incomplete output sets.

The test suite covers all ten change types, comparison precedence, exact continuity, same-name attachment replacement, unchanged-file path movement, hostile input, deterministic ordering, decision replacement and isolation, tampering, source drift, atomic failure, command-line behavior, and standalone execution.

Trimmed scope

This version omits fuzzy POSSIBLE_ITEM_MATCH suggestions. Changed IDs therefore remain explicit ITEM_ADDED and ITEM_REMOVED records instead of being reconciled automatically.

It also excludes a visual interface, unstructured document parsing, live capture, automatic downstream mapping, and recurring-service infrastructure.

Suggested next steps

  1. Use the data-fit checklist with a qualified operator and measure capture-preparation time.
  2. Run one authentic, authorized agenda-version pair through the same supplied-file workflow with a named reviewer.
  3. Test the fixed pilot offer and record results only in the three approved learning slots.
  4. After the demand gate is met, consider one narrow source parser and a separately reviewed field map for post-meeting work.
