Cut Line

Stack work by priority, set a capacity budget, and see exactly what makes the cut — then copy a cut-line receipt.

Strict stack rule: top-to-bottom order is priority. Items stay IN while the running total fits under capacity; the first one that overflows — and everything below it — is OUT. No backfilling smaller items past the line, on purpose.
